The Carbon Footprint Seal and Its Significance
The Carbon Footprint Seal is granted by Spain’s Ministry to organizations that have committed to reduce/and or compensate their carbon footprints. The seal is registered and is the property of the Ministry for Ecological Transition. It is aimed at helping organizations demonstrate their participation in the registry and allows them to reflect the degree of effort undertaken by them in reducing their carbon footprint.
The Carbon Footprint Seal enables organizations to distinguish where they are in their carbon reduction journey; carbon footprint calculation, reduction, and/or compensation. The level of participation can be updated annually.
